An Incredible Season in the Pantanal: Three Groups, 30 Days, and Endless Wildlife Encounters!

From July 21st to August 25th, I will have the honor of guiding three groups of photographers on a true immersion into the breathtaking wilderness of the Pantanal – one of the richest and most biodiverse wetlands on the planet. Over the course of 30 unforgettable days, we will explore pristine landscapes and witness some of South America’s most iconic wildlife in their natural habitat.

Our journey will take us through three remarkable destinations:

  • Pousada Pouso Alegre – a wildlife haven, perfect for spotting rare birds and mammals.

  • Pousada SouthWild Pantanal – renowned for comfort and its exceptional wildlife photography opportunities.

  • Porto Jofre – where we will navigate aboard the Naturezas boat in search of the legendary jaguars along the riverbanks.

Throughout the tour, we expect to photograph the dazzling hyacinth macaws, colorful toucans, playful giant otters, majestic jaguars, wild tapirs, powerful anacondas, and an incredible variety of bird species.

The Pantanal is a place that never ceases to amaze — a sanctuary where every sunrise brings new photographic opportunities, and every encounter is a once-in-a-lifetime moment. This season promises not only outstanding images but also deep connections with nature and the thrill of experiencing the wild heart of Brazil.
