On May 16th, we began another unforgettable journey into the heart of the Pantanal, heading toward one of the most iconic wildlife regions in Brazil: 📍 Ninho do Jaguar.
It was only a short 4-day and 3-night adventure, but sometimes that is all the Pantanal needs to completely capture your soul.

For two nights we explored the rivers and channels of the northern Pantanal searching for wildlife. The jaguars did not disappoint, giving us incredible sightings and unforgettable moments in their natural habitat. Giant otters were also very active, bringing life and excitement to every boat ride.
After our time at Ninho do Jaguar, we continued toward 📍 Pousada Piuval for our final night in the Pantanal. There, our mission was to search for the famous giant anteater 🐜. However, a cold front arrived in the region, making wildlife activity much slower and more challenging.
Even so, the Pantanal always rewards patience. Sometimes it is not only about the animals, but also about the atmosphere — the sounds of macaws flying overhead, the silence of the wetlands at sunset, and the feeling of being completely connected to nature.
✨ A short adventure… but enough to leave us already dreaming about the next one.
